An avid lover of comic books, films, and animation, DeAndre’ “D. L.” Truesdale began his professional art career in
1994 as a Freelance Graphic Artist and Illustrator for various t-shirt design companies. Branching out on his own by creating DarkWater Enterprises, initially as a clothing design company specializing in urban clothing for men, women, and children, Mr. Truesdale decided to concentrate on sequential
art by creating comic books.
