Leader with 15 years of semiconductor business and technology innovation management, with program, technical marketing, financing and business expertise developped at SOITEC where he was general manager of Specialty Electronics Business Unit. Frederic holds an engineering degree in Material science from INSA Lyon and business degree from IAE in Lyon.

With more than 15y experience, Fabrice was heading Soitec’s Corporate R&D organization with mission to fullfill company’s long term needs for digital, 3DRF and power application. He received engineering degree from INPG- ENSPG in semiconductor technology, and has had various technology and management position. He is member of SEMI Europe Committee and holds more than 60 patents and co-authored more than 40 technical papers.
