Graduating with a 1.1 Eng degree from NUIG in 2005, he setup Starlight, his first web company straight out of college. Over the next 4 years, he assembled and inspired a team of 6 web innovators. Paul co-founded Bizcamp Galway and Codeninja and was runner up in the Galway Young Entrepreneur 2011.

Dermot LallyHead of Salesin 1992, Dermot co-founded Ireland’s first web agency, Interact which employed over 30 people and was bought by the Ogilvy & Mather Group. He has worked extensively with education/research clients such as Dept of Education, National Centre for Technology in Education, and Engineers Ireland and the Irish Management Institute. He's worked in other startup web companies such as Tornado Hosting Solutions and The Business Boosters.
