    Brad is responsible for overall company strategy and execution including product vision and design.

    As a former executive at a UK partner relationship management software company, VP of program management at Wells Fargo and a management consultant at Ernst & Young, Brad has over 15 years experience working with a number of large organizations. Brad holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

    COO

    Mr. Hawksworth has 40 years of experience in all facets of technology, technology implementation, and business optimization based on technology adoption.

    Mr. Hawksworth has served as a Venture Partner, CEO Healthcare software, COO analytics services company and held senior positions at Ernst & Young, Oracle, Motorola.

    Mr. Hawksworth holds numerous degrees in areas ranging from cultural anthropology to multinational corporate finance.

  • Craig Barrow
    CFO & EVP Sales/Marketing

    Craig is responsible for overall company accounting and finance as well as all revenue generating activities.

    As a former executive at Comshare, pioneering Executive Information System software, and as the Americas’ Data Warehousing leader for Oracle Corporation, he has over 20 years experience delivering analytical solutions to large organizations.

    Craig holds a BBA and MBA in Corporate Finance as well as a Juris Doctorate degree

  • Matt McKarcher
    CTO

    As Co-founder and CTO, Matthew is responsible for overall technical architecture and technical development for eworkforce. Along with Brad Kelley, Matthew founded eworkforce in 2007, starting as two guys in a desert with tough book laptops.

    Prior to eworkforce, Matthew has worked as a software engineer and consultant at Wachovia, and Wells Fargo.
