Tom has over 25 years experience in logistics and transportation management in positions with Schneider National, Ryder Dedicated Logistics and John Labatt Foods. From 1993 until 2011, he owned and directed the logistics consulting and management activities of Flow Logistics, LLC before co-founding EVOS SmartTools. Tom has a BS with Honors CalPoly State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, and an MBA with Honors University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Jim has over 35 years in supply chain management and supporting information technologies with extensive experience in leading challenging change-management projects for Fortune 500 business. He hold a B.S. and MBA with Highest Honors in Transportation Management from Indiana University School of Business, Bloomington, Indiana.

Leslie has over 25 years in both direct customer support and technical service support in the transportation and technology industry. She has held positions with Schneider National and ATC Communication. She also co-founded Flow Logistics and directed their third party logistics operation. She attended the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.

Dave has been in the transportation industry since 1969, and has been involved in it for all of his professional career. He has taught for Davenport College, started the first freight management Third Party Logistics company in 1981. Went on to start a logistics Technology company and a freight brokerage.
Attended Calvin College and Davenport College with a focus on transportation.
