Born and raised in NYC, Ben began his professional career as an investment banker with Bear Stearns & Co. and continued at JP Morgan before leaving to head up a number of venture capital projects for a private investment group. During his tenure with the venture capital group Ben and the team he led raised over $24 million in government funding and secured $10 million in private funding for a variety of clean energy projects.

After studying at Cornell University and University College London, Lex co-founded BE-AT.co.uk, a London based Events Company, and Cleopatra, a luxury yacht charter business in Spain. Lex founded the charity Good Karma that funded numerous education and public works projects in rural India. Since relocating to NYC, he has worked with Milk Studios consulting and managing large media projects such as Mac Fashion Week and Vice creators project.

As creative director and managing partner of The Milk Group, Mazdack Rassi has built a hub for nurturing creativity and fostering partnerships with some of the world’s most visionary talent and innovative brands. Since then The Milk Group has grown to encompass LEGS, a film and production studio; HOUSE, a casting agency; Milk Gallery, a contemporary fine arts photography gallery; Milk Digital, a new media facility; and MADE Fashion Week.

Larry left his position as Senior Designer at Brooklyn Motorized for three years to lead evolve’s design and development program. In addition to teaching at the Pratt Institute in NY, his list of consulting clients include BMW DesignWorks, Detroit Brothers, Loreal, and Estee Lauder. Having worked for one of the most successful vintage racing team in the world, Team Obsolete, he has gained respect from the vintage motorcycle and racing communities
