A native New Mexican educated from the University of New Mexico and Harvard Graduate School of Business, CJ Chavez has dedicated his career to improving the lives of New Mexicans through fitness and health. CJ holds national certifications in personal training and group fitness and holds numerous national titles for competitive fighting. He utilizes his same strengths in and out of the ring running eVOLV Fitness of New Mexico.

Ms. Widmayer has been practicing hot yoga for over 13 years, and has been teaching the Barkan Method of hot yoga for over 8 years including over 1,600 hours of teaching yoga. She is the former manager of Mr. Barkan’s yoga studio in Florida and was one of the first students to apprentice under Mr. Barkan, trained by him in both hot yoga and vinyasa, Levels I and II.

With a degree in Communication Arts & Technology, from New Mexico Highlands University Wilton worked at KRQE Channel 13 where he said he learned how to be creative. “Working at 13 allowed me to see so many different personalities and gifted individuals that I had never been accustomed to being around. It allowed me to be who I was in whatever I did and I still do that today. Come to one of my classes, you’ll see what I’m talking about!"
