Company Summary

Evil City Blues will have high end wine and cocktails designed and curated by a world renowned staff at a modest price. The price point and names involved will attract artists and creative professionals as well as students who want something a little more artsy and edgy than what the other bars in downtown currently provide. We will play cutting edge music and provide of the moment entertainment on a nightly basis, adding to the Downtown fabric.

    --15 Years Experience in the Restaurant/Bar Industry
    --5 plus Years Experience in Fine Dining stalwart, Rivera restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles.
    --G.M. at Rivera restaurant.
    --Former A.G.M. and Bar Manager at Baco Mercat
    --Trained in Bartending with Giovanni Martinez (Sadie).

    --Will oversee all product ordering and daily management of the bar.

  • James Stewart
    Owner/Assistant G.M./Entertaiment

    --Currently Training in Bartending at Rivera Restaurant
    --10 Years Experience working in high profile, major studio home video within the Quality Control and Research and Development field. The past 8 years with Warner Bros.
    --Will assist the G.M. in all of her duties as well as bartend.
    --Will be in charge of entertainment/music and marketing of the bar/brand Evil City Blues.
