John brings extensive law enforcement and private industry leadership experience to the firm. Mr. McLaughlin was a highly decorated police officer for a Southern California police agency for nearly 15 years. He has over 2,500 hours of specialized training in domestic violence investigations, stalking and inappropriate pursuit, workplace violence prevention, and computer technology. Mr. McLaughlin has his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Shawna has an MBA from the University of Chicago and has been a serial entrepreneur for years. She has started well over 30 new businesses, performed a number of turnarounds, and specializes in legal services

Having built a world-class multi-agency digital forensics lab for a Southern California police force, Mark is now ready to do it again. Mark has over 16 years in law enforcement where the majority of his career was spent working Investigations and digital forensics. He has his BA from USC and his MS in Public Administration from CSU, LA.

With over 30 years of law enforcement experience at a major Southern California police agency, Tony has had command-level responsibility for all bureaus and divisions within his agency and retired as the Chief of Investigations. Tony has a MS in Emergency Management Services from CSU, Long Beach.
