    CEO and IP Strategist

    Ms. Hutter is an award winning intellectual property (“IP”), business strategy and innovation consultant, as well as an accomplished IP corporate and law firm lawyer. Prior to joining Evgentech full-time, Ms. Hutter was Chief IP Strategist of The Hutter Group LLC, an innovative provider of IP-related counseling. Ms. Hutter is well-known in the licensing and innovation business communities. She has a M.S. and B.S. in chemistry-related fields.

  • Stephen T. Hung, Ph.D.
    Chief Technical Officer

    Dr. Hung leads Evgentech's technical development and commercialization efforts. He was previously VP of Engineering at Centrafuse, an automotive software company. Dr. Hung is a former professor at Clemson University's iCar program, as well as Auburn University. He has many years of experience in innovation and product development at Ford Motor and Visteon, and as a researcher for the US Navy. Dr. Hung has a Ph.D. from the University of IL.

  • Anne Stevens
    Board Chair

    Ms. Stevens brings her 30 plus years of strategic management to Evgentech. She currently leads SAIT Services as CEO in Atlanta. Prior to this role, Ms. Stevens was CEO of Carpenter Technology, a $2B metals company. She retired from Ford Motor Company as COO and EVP in 2006, having been the highest ranking woman in the auto industry. Ms. Stevens also serves on the board of Lockheed Martin and Anglo American plc, the parent company of DeBeers.

  • Tim O'Brien, Ph.D.
    Technical Advisor

    Dr. O'Brien informally advises Evgentech on chemical matters related to battery charging. He brings 25 plus years of business and technical experience to provide multi-faceted strategic guidance. Dr. O'Brien currently holds the role of VP of IP Strategy at Moen, Inc. in Cleveland, OH. Prior to this role he has held high-level innovation-related roles at the company. He has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Imperial College London.
