Claudia is a former Dartmouth Psychiatry faculty with decades of experience in mental health. She is passionate about EverMind’s mission to democratize mental healthcare. Previously Director of a CBT clinic, she understands mental health systems firsthand. This shaped her vision for a platform to make evidence-based treatment accessible to everyone. Claudia’s focus is on executing the business strategy to fulfill this vision.

Laurie is a “jack-of-all-trades” with talents that fit everMind to a T. From project management, to data analysis, to writing copy, Laurie gets it done. With her unrivaled enthusiasm for mental health technology, she is our secret weapon when it comes to execution. Laurie joined us after a decade directing online communications for mental health at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Amid 20+ years in sales/marketing, she earned a PhD in psychology.

Drew is an entrepreneur, professor, finance leader, and business development driver for companies experiencing significant growth. He has been a founder, co-founder, or early lead of 7 high-tech start-ups, and raised venture capital for 3, helping to lead the most recent to a 9-figure exit. He teaches entrepreneurship and finance at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Drew’s calm demeanor tempers our start-up fervor.

Vikas is the architect of the technical plan for our scalable delivery platform. Vikas is a rare gem. In a field still in its infancy, Vikas brings 12 years experience developing mental health technologies, 23 years in systems architecture as a whole. And if this weren’t enough, owing to his affable nature, Vikas has a knack for business development as well, with deep networks in the mental health industry.
