Everest@Work is human interface technology which transcends mobile transparency i.e. likes, shares, retweets are low level engagement. Physical tracking only a small part of the equation. We contend that engagement at the workplace or "sharing the energy" is pivotal to remaining healthy, and increasing communication levels between co-workers, management, and consumers.
