Joel Black is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building businesses from the ground up. Joel's first venture, Black LAB Events, was founded in 2010 & quickly became Southern CA's premier catering & staffing company. Black then leveraged his industry knowledge to create E-Cinch, eCommerce software for service businesses. Joel has a passion for entrepreneurship & is dedicated to growing businesses that people truly love.

Paul is well versed in all aspects of application development, from modern backend framework and database solutions to bleeding-edge user experience technology. Having studied Computer Engineering at UIC in Chicago, Lewakowski’s programming expertise ranges well beyond that of web applications. Fluent in languages from the lowest level 80x86 assembly, all the way across the spectrum (c/c++/c#, .NET, Objective C, java, python, etc.).

Danielle has worked as a project manager for some of the largest tech companies in the world including, Cisco, Google, & Facebook. Danielle's strengths lie in project management, onboarding, customer success, and design. She is a dedicated team member and thought leader who brings a ton of innovation to the business. Danielle has a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College.
