He is experienced in a wide variety of technologies , had led full lifecycle implementation projects of both custom and packaged software, and served as a software architect. Mr. Jay has developed the EvaluationRx software. He hold a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alex's 13 plus years of introducing new technologies to hospitals has uniquely positioned him on the front line of the challenges both hospitals and vendors deal with when evaluating new medical devices. Alex holds a B.S. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
