We are a personal loan company operating in Spain and all loans are secured against a clients Spanish property. We offer loans from €5,000 to €20,000 over a fixed term. All loans are registered at the Notary (legal government body) and land registry. The maximum LTV is set at 50%. In Spain it is extremely difficult to obtain loans through the banking system and there is a great demand for this product primarily from expatriates living in Spain.
