Todd has nearly 25 years of professional business experience and has worked as an independent consultant for eighteen years in affiliation with firms such as Growthink and Cayenne Consulting, and later as the managing director of his own firm, Blue Horizon Venture Consulting. His business plans have helped clients raise more than $220 million, and he has served clients from pure startup companies to Fortune 500 entities.

Having spent more than a decade as executive management in proprietary education, Dan understands the operational differences between immediately applicable career training versus academic education, as well as, the challenges in delivering and attaining the training objectives. He has direct experience in overseeing new course development and securing accreditation.

Shannon has been a world class E-learning developer for companies such as IBM, American Express, State Farm, JP Morgan Chase, Acosta and AT&T over the past seven years. In his roles with these firms, he created course plans, reference guides, conducted software demonstrations, and he designed and delivered learning content in print, graphical, audio, video, and animation formats.
