In his former role as the North American Practice Manager for a large software company, Sean has gained the ability to communicate effectively at the Executive, VP, and Sr. Management level; Gained skills in marketing, sales forecasting and managing partner relationships. Sean also served served 13 years in the United States Marine Corps.

Has over 26 years of experience in the healthcare profession (4 in the United States Army). In her career Tawana has filled the role of Nursing Supervisor, Charge Nurse, and Team Leader, in which customer service, personal attention, organizational, and leadership skills are a daily routine.
