After graduating from the University of Denver with an Executive MBA, Mr. Esplin founded Esplin Enterprises to infuse a variety of industries with innovation, passion, and determination. He worked closely with his business partner to develop new fabric technology that has the potential to revolutionize the uniform industry.

Mr. Wagner is the head of our design, manufacturing, and R&D departments. He has over 35 year of international sourcing and design experience. His company has employees in China, Vietnam, Russia, and Kenya to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods. Mr. Wagner's 35+ years of experience and connections make him a vital part of our organization. He is always pushing the limits of product innovation.

Charles Feng is the CEO of Zhangjiagang Charles Feng & Company Global Manufacturing & Trading Co., Ltd and manages our Chinese-based manufacturing. Mr. Feng has been in the textile manufacturing business for over 15 years and has previous experience working with Jim Wagner. As our liaison for all production facilities, Mr. Feng improves quality, assists with new product development, and ensures an on-time production schedule.
