Inspired by the sight loss of various family members, Mr. Lewis founded eSight to create the best possible technology aids for low vision. A highly successful and entrepreneurial executive at Mitel (acquired by British Telecom) and Newbridge Networks (acquired by Alcatel), Conrad has subsequently been an angel investor and venture capitalist over the past decade.

Committed entrepreneur: starting, running, and/or coaching new enterprises for the past 15 years. CEO and Founder of Tropic Networks (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent). Past President, Fidus Systems, a profitable electronic design services company. Previous leadership roles at Newbridge Networks, LSI Logic and Northern Telecom. Corporate board memberships have included International Datacasting Corporation (TSX: IDC), Fidus Systems, and Vitana.

Most recently Lead Analyst at Semiconductor Insights, Mr. Hilkes has held executive positions at several successful technology companies including Potentia Semiconductor, Tundra Semiconductor, MOSAID, Gennum Corporation, and AT&T.

Mr. Jones has a track record of success in the roles of COO, VP Business Development & Sales, VP Marketing, and VP Operations at market leading technology organizations including MMIST, Gallium Software, and Prior Data Sciences.

Rick is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of technology industry experience holding senior financial and general management roles. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Lead Independent Director of WiLAN (TSX:WIN), a leading technology intellectual property company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
