Through his education at University of Illinois, internships with Exelon Corporation, and leadership positions in Pi Tau Sigma, Chris Delaney has developed his education in not only engineering fundamentals, but in leadership, management, marketing, and accounting as well. He is also proficient in Microsoft Office, ProEngineer, and ANSYS.

Eric has had a diverse background since entering the University of Illinois. Having taken many entrepreneurial classes, as well as passion for robotics, Eric brings many non-mechanical and business technical skills to the team.

Jake How brings creativity and analytical skills to the team when designing components. He is proficient in ProEngineer and ANSYS for drafting and analyzing parts. Previous internships at Caterpillar and UOP give him insight into the properties of materials and experience in designing products to meet codes.

Anando offers a variety of skills to EscaWheel. Stemming from his manufacturing experience, Anando can analyze problems of diverse natures and offer solutions to those problems.
