Doctor in applied science in 2005, master in electronic engineering in 2001. A post doctoral fellowship at KULeuven, Belgium and later at ETH Zürich, Switzerland in image processing allowed to solve the video documentation problem of befriended surgeons. This led to the foundation of eSATURNUS Ltd in 2005.
In the period 2005 to 2007 research continued, in combination with work after hours for the startup. In 2007 he cofounded eSATURNUS NV.

Bob graduated in 1994 as an engineer. He started his career at Siemens, and dit work on future PABX systems. He further specialized in embedded software engineering and telecommunications. He defended his PhD thesis in 2003. After his PhD, Bob became a program manager at the newly founded Flanders Mechatronics Technology Center - FMTC. In 2007 Bob became one of the cofounders of eSATURNUS NV. He holds the position of Chief Technology Officer.

After his engineering studies in 1996, Dong Hoon obtained his doctor's degree for his work on improvement of speech recognition. As a researcher, he also conducted studies on acoustic speech models and probabilistic morphology, and taught courses. Since 2007, as a co-founder of eSATURNUS, he committed himself to turn the idea of networked digital operating rooms into a solid technological base, novel applications, and appealing user interfaces.

Rudi obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Sciences in 1989. After his studies he started at Alcatel. During 18 years Rudi evolved from a software and system analyst towards a project and service manager.
Within ‘TBP Electronics’, an Alcatel spin off, he became ICT manager.
In 2011 Rudi joined eSATURNUS, and became responsible for operational management, installations and support to customers and partners of eSATURNUS.

After a Master in Business Administration, Tom started at the Chamber of Commerce in Spain. Next he became Product Specialist in the medical sector. 4 years later he was Sales Manager in the field of Medical Imaging and Navigation for Materialise Dental.
In 2011 Tom joined eSATURNUS as a Product Specialist, responsible for launching the products internationally. In 2012 he became Sales and Marketing manager.
