In our last startup in which I was a co-founder, we grew from $0 to $8mm in revenue. I performed all roles at some point including general manager, chairman, operational, sales and strategy. Focused on strategic direction, recruiting, initiating new business, evaluating, proposing and negotiating new opportunities, aligning marketing and sales to the primary vision, coaching management and acting as primary communicator with investors and board.
