Partner, Programme Development & Innovation. She is from Romania and has experience in working within the socent space in India. She is motivated and dedicated to take her passion for work with impact and ERC's mission to the next level.

Adviser. Did his MBA from IIM Calcutta. Presently working as Case Team leader at Bain & Company. He is a classmate of Dr. Ubed, and always there when the business needs solutions.

Adviser. Presently pursuing his MBA (final semester) from IIM Rohtak. Worked with Cognizant Technologies and Jaipur Rugs. His drive: work on purpose.

Manager Operations. Rashmi has around 7 years of experience in operations with various hospitals. Currently she is pursuing her masters in Hospital Administration, due to complete by March 2013.

Manager Community Relations. Anurag has experience of working as a Marketing Executive in Nagaland. Young and with a desire to develop himself, Anurag has extensive connections with local organizations and self help groups.
