Company Summary

EquityZen provides Accredited Investors access to private growth company equity that they've been previously boxed out of. We simultaneously provide early liquidity to private company shareholders (angels, employees, ex-employees) that need cash for life events (mortgage, student loans, etc.). We do this with no impact to a company's capitalization table or shareholder count. This is a turnkey solution for companies to launch a liquidity plan.
