Alfred Kostenko is an entrepreneur at heart and CEO and Founder of EquitySquare. At age 6 started a computer game arcade holding tournaments throughout the city. At age 13 with an American Dream in heart came to USA and after 5 years of B2B, Door to door and B2C sales and Countless Leaderships Seminars the dream has been born.

Nic holds a B.S in Finance and a MBA and has done consulting work with several startups in the area. He has a diverse skill set including Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations. Nic is concentrating on the financial and business planning, including detailed forecasts, marketing plans, and customer acquisition models.

With over 12+ years of experience in software engineering, Ian has acquired experience that allows him to take a holistic approach to full system implementation. Being an early adopter of modern technology, he has been able to stay ahead of the curve and identify pitfalls early on, before they become problems. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Ian’s focus on quality has enabled him to develop products that are very cost effective to maintain.

Pavlo Kostenko is a strong speaker that focuses on motivating people to strive for success, a regular at leadership seminars since age 14, and an established team leader in three competitive sports. Looking to focus on Marketing and Human-resources. Studied small business and entrepreneurship at Mount Hood Community College. Currently taking an online course for Marketing.

Matthew is a project management consultant and the founder of VERSIV, a creative operations consultancy passionate about information design. He is active in both the Rotary and startup communities, locally and abroad. He graduated from Willamette University.
