Company Summary

We provide liquidity for property owners who need or desire more spendable income without having to sell or refinance. Property owners who become our life tenants receive more money than they could from a reverse mortgage and pay no upfront costs. Because of the actuarial nature of the investment, investors in our life estates can earn favorable returns even if the property never appreciates or depreciates somewhat in value.
