Norman Wolfe, founder of Quantum Leaders, Inc., has spent 35+ years working in a variety of organizations from Fortune 500 to technology startups. He is an expert in the areas of strategy, change adoption, process improvement, organizational redesign and seeing new possibilities for growth in both business and interpersonal dynamics. After writing the book, "The Living Organization," he joined Equality Funds' board of directors.

Marc Delphine (36) is the founder and CEO of Equality Funds, Inc. He is formerly a Financial Advisor with TransAmerica Financial Advisors where he practiced money management and financial planning for 12 years. As a leader in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) community, Delphine has worked tirelessly for equality. He graduated with his MBA from George Fox University in March 2013.

Mr. Agins received his BA in Economics from Vassar College with Honors in 2001. A native New Yorker, he subsequently returned to his hometown and pursued a career as an equity trader, obtaining Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses. A decade later, across the country, and with a strong desire to change his career path, he returned to school at Portland State University where he received his Masters of Science in Financial Analysis; graduating again with

Ms. Nelson holds an MBA from Drake University. She is a business coach as well as an LGBT community leader. Prior to founding INUS Group LLC she worked in managerial capacities in several different industries for over 20 years. She has served on numerous not-for-profit boards in executive capacities and is active in the LGBT Business Community. Jill also served as the Executive Director and President of the Portland Area Business Association.

Justine Haigh, PhD, earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Consumer Behavior (2008),Master of Arts in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (1999) Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences, (1994) all from the University of Huddersfield, Huddersfield, UK. Dr. Haigh is a professor at George Fox University (Oregon) and has taught Marketing to undergraduate and MBA students. She is a published author, sales consultant and sales manager.

James “Jamie” Cornehlsen, CFA is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Dunn Warren Investment Advisors, LLC and the Portfolio Manager of Equality Funds. Jamie received his M.B.A. from The William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado. He currently manages more than $103 million in investments.

Mr. Cox has helped firms in industries ranging from retail to wholesale to manufacturing to government to business services. He has worked at IBM, Oracle, TRM, Tektronix, SCIF, ODOT, Intel, Regence Blue Cross, Standard Insurance, OHSU and dozens of others.
