Jana Smith has over 25 years experience in Healthcare and Behavioral Healthcare Management. Her many positions in private practice, for-profit and not-for-profit agencies, her training in clinical psychology and her background as the CEO of Psychiatric Hospitals has allowed her to gain a unique perspective in the provision of mental health services and is the driving force behind the organization.

Rebecca brings the perspective of the payor and the provider to our organization. As owner and operator of a successful therapeutic practice for nursing home services she understands the complexities of operations management. Her position as a Regional Director with a major healthplan helps drive our credentialing and overall operations.

Donna comes to Epoch Behavioral Healthcare with a long history in accounting and fiscal management. She is currently finishing her degree in management and has been an integral part in getting the finance department established.
