Epiphany Craft Malt will transform mainly raw barley into brewers malt, the primary ingredient in beer. Epiphany will close the loop of local production by enabling the connection between local brewers and local farmers. In the process, we will support between 800 and 1500 acres of local agriculture, and recapture and redirect $1,800,000/yr back into the local economy.
