Our B2B SaaS product, Opus, is a Digital Adoption Platform targeting enterprise applications and their customers. A DAP helps users execute their application tasks by providing in-application task guidance.

Opus beta launched late 2018, matured in 2019-2020 and is now at $2M ARR with 51 mid-market, large and enterprise customers.

Epilogue goes to market directly (25%) and via channel partners (75%) such as systems integrators.

    Mike brings over 30 years of operating experience in emerging and large companies, serving as CEO, COO and CFO, in both public and private environments. Mike's emerging company experience includes start-up, growth stage and turnaround in software and data technology and medical device. To date, Mike has helped raise over $150MM in debt, venture, private equity and public offerings.

    CTO

    Mark has over 30 years experience in software development with the last 25 in management. He led Global Knowledge Software's development of the first digital adoption software, becoming the market leader, acquired by Oracle in 2008. The product, renamed Oracle UPK, grew to over $100M in annual revenue. Mark became VP of Product Development in Oracle's Middleware division. Mark joined in 2020 after meeting Mike Graham.

  • Barry Smith
    Alliances & Channels

    Barry Smith’s 25+ years of Digital Adoption experience spans Consulting, Customer Success, Sales and Business Development. He began his career leading documentation and training teams supporting global SAP implementations including Continental Tires, Coca Cola, Mylan, Raytheon and Diageo. He then narrowed his focus to Digital Adoption technologies, helping grow Assima from $10M to $35M in sales.

    Customer Success

    LeAndra has 15 years experience in Customers Success and Technical Support, having built and grown these functions. LeAndra most recently was the Technology Customer Success Manager at National Heritage Academies were she oversaw the use of supporting technologies, including Epilogue Opus.

    CFO

    Bill has 25+ years experience as a financial executive with extensive experience in all aspects ofoperations, accounting and financial management over a wide variety of industries including Software, Healthcare Technology, Telecommunications, Real Estate Development and Construction and more. Most of Bill’s career has been with start-up and emerging growth companies including a startup to $100MM.

    Technical Support

    Tom has over 20 years of experience in software support beginning with NextGen and subsequently with Oracle, becoming technical support lead. Epilogue hired Tom from Oracle. During Tom’s years with Oracle, Tom was awarded an Oracle “Oscar” for outstanding performance.
