Previous 10 years was focused on developing much needed and highly innovative medical device technologies from university based technology transfer offices. Previously he had consumer products engineering experience and several startup company rolls.

Mr. Rolph is a serial entrepreneur who became an angel investor in startup medical device and biotechnology companies ten years ago. He has been the CFO of Tall Oaks Capital LP for the past 7 years and is acting as the part time CFO of several other medical device start up companies which have licensed University of Virginia IP. He has operating company experience and investor experience which brings another level of expertise to EpiEP.

Ms. Bunes spent the previous 24 years in the medical device industry with JNJ followed by two medical device start up companies. She has led fund raising effort while achieving milestones to attain ultimate goal of exit. She leads EpiEP IP strategy resulting in one patent issued and 3 more issuing in near term while engaging world class electrophysiologists to participate in clinical trials. She was FDA entrepreneur in residence during 2013.
