Company Summary

EAC will disrupt the rough and ready adventure cruise market with luxury cruise line features and affordable prices using a vessel with tough pole-to-pole capability but a larger capacity (200 vs 100 passengers) in a still intimate but spacious yacht. EAC will expand the market with lower pricing, attracting a more youthful demographic while generating high profitability from a segment with the highest per diem revenues in the cruise industry.
