Jawad is a footwear designer based in Paris. Born and raised in Kenya, Jawad moved to the UK after completing high school to pursue a career in fashion design. His ambition and talent paved the way for his enrollment at the London College of Fashion where he specialized in footwear design. Jawad is currently working for the Footsoldiers Design Consultancy.

Christian Ward is a global business sales executive currently based in Hong Kong. He is a Corporate Sales Manager for LinkedIn. Previously he worked for several years as the Managing Director of Daxtra Technologies, a global software firm that develops solutions for the recruitment and HR sectors. Before moving to Hong Kong, Christian was the COO and Vice President of Sales for the American division of Daxtra.

Azi is the co-founder of C62 Media, an Ethiopian-based media company whose flagship magazine, Addis Life, has become the leading lifestyle publication in Ethiopia. Azi oversees the sales and photography for Addis Life. Prior to this, Azi worked as Sales Manager for an international event media services company, where he worked in Washington D.C. and London, serving multi-national corporations at several of the world’s most prestigious hotels.

Sam's passions have led him to work on several social enterprise projects in East Africa, including a brokering platform for low-income school financing. Sam has an MBA from UNC and BA in Economics from Wake Forest University. Prior to business school, Sam worked as a Loan Officer for Enterprise Development Group in the DC metro area. He has completed fellowships for Dalberg Global Development Advisors, B Lab and KIVA.
