Mr Hays is the founder of Enviro- Clean and was the driving force behind the development of the technology. He worked as sales manager, general manager and regional manager for several companies prior to starting, operating and selling several companies. Since then he has been involved in researching, developing and launching Enviro-Clean, and has provided the Company’s seed capital.

Mr. Herman has 40+ years experience in accounting, finance and business management. He has served as VP Finance for several firms as well as General Manager. He had his own accounting and tax practice for 20+ years. Prior to joining Enviro-Clean he has worked as a consultant to emerging companies in preparing them for becoming publicly trading.

He has more than 25 years of Turnaround and Construction experience in the petroleum industry. He has been responsible for a number of projects from Lump Sum bids, Maintenance Contracts to Turnarounds. His expertise lies in execution and management of these projects. He has managed cleaning projects at refineries owned by Chevron, Valero, Lone Star, Texaco and Arco among others
