Mr. Brechbiel has been an IT professional and executive for over 25 years. The last 15+ years have been as an entrepreneur with four technology startups to his credit. His core areas of expertise center on strategic planning, subscriber-based business models, business development strategies, and product development.

Mr. Raines' core areas of expertise center around Internet marketing, web design and development, application programming, and new media. He has been developing Internet marketing strategies & implementations for businesses nationwide as the Co-Founder of Calvert Design Group, Inc. since 2004. Through his work in the U.S. Senate he earned a prestigious Federal Design Award from the National Endowment for the Arts and the GSA.

Mr. Agnolutto served six years as COO and general counsel of a start-up technology company. His responsibilities included management of an extensive international intellectual property portfolio, as well as negotiation of international licensing agreements with major OEM companies in the consumer electronics industry and oversight of the daily operations of the company. He has been practicing law for 28 years.
