The body armor market is 65% military, 35% law enforcement. Other markets: biomedical scaffolding for growing replacement organs, skin, tendons; also ropes, composites, and textiles.

    Dr. David Brigham, PhD (Entomology), is the founder of the company and Chief Scientist. He has been working in the fields of entomology, biochemistry, molecular biology and biotechnology for over 20 years. Dr. Brigham received his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University and brings strengths in procurement of grants, interaction with regional, state, and national biotechnology and economic development organizations.

    President

    Alexander Macris is a graduate of Harvard Law School (magna cum laude 2000). He founded WarCry while still in school. Selling WarCry in 2001, he co-founded Themis Group, which he sold in 2012 to Alloy Digital LLC. Themis was a 2006 Top 35 Wall Street Journal Winning Workplace and 2010 CED North Carolina Company to Watch. Alex was named a 2010 Business Leader Mover & Shaker and 2011 Top 50 Catalyst Entrepeneur by Business Leader Magazine.
