Joel Fleiss is the President and CEO of EPS. Prior to EPS, Joel was President of two software firms (PSS and QIS) for nearly three decades. His initial firm, PSS, provided software tools to defense contractors. His second firm, QIS developed/marketed a document management system. From the late 1990s until early 2007 Mr. Fleiss was a project management consultant usually forming/directing project offices prior to founding EPS.

Devon Kim has over 15 years of successful software development experience as software engineer and manager of software projects. Since 2004, Mr. Kim led software groups developing game apps. Mr. Kim’s technical, communication, people and problem solving skills have enabled him to earn praise & financial rewards from key execs at Sony and Xynga. Mr. Kim supported Mr. Fleiss with the design of EPPORA. Mr. Kim has a Bachelors degree from UCLA.
