Company Summary

TECHNOLOGY

Entity Network Translation (ENT) is a fully decentralized, open standard, P2P protocol for identity & trusted networking.

ENT provides exponential security, privacy, data protection, and trusted networking without the vulnerabilities and inefficiencies of other methods (PGP, PKI, certificate authorities, trust brokers, third-party services & clouds, blockchains).

ENT's lightweight software is built on Relational Key Infrastructure (RKI), a patent-pending methodology for creating durable, trusted identity in decentralized networks, using off-the-shelf asymmetric key algorithms. With ENT, any network actor (people, devices, data, software, groups, etc.) can create a resilient & durable identity and bind together directly with other peers in trusted and discrete "micro-networks".

ENT was created by a technologist to enable other practitioners to build modern, high-security decentralized systems.

ENT is owner-centric. Users create and own their infrastructure, and developers create tools for utilizing that infrastructure. Identity, storage, networking and other parameters are defined by the user. Via the ENT API, developers then simply plug their apps into that user-defined infrastructure, reducing development time and eliminating server costs.

ENT enables practitioners to reduce the visibility and attack surface of their systems to practically zero by atomizing their operations/data across existing commodity infrastructure – free of proprietary third-party services like CAs, clouds and CDNs.

ENT micro-networks bind together seamlessly with no domain boundary limitations and no reduction in trust – allowing practitioners to interoperate without security vulnerabilities, frictions and frustrations.

COMPANY

ENT was designed by a computer scientist/engineer and former USAF nuclear launch officer experienced in applied systems that achieve high operational security. ENT has attracted engagement from DARPA, chief scientists at USAF Space & Missile Command and Nuclear Weapons Center, academics, and scientists/practitioners in private enterprise.

ENT's founding team are mature, experienced entrepreneurs with executive and startup experience. The team includes a former senior executive/Ph.D. from Eaton Corp and Applied Materials who led business units with billions in revenue, a COO with consortium development and leadership experience, and individuals with decades of experience in software engineering, networking, UI/UX, and operations.

ENT Technologies' revenue model is a) free for individuals, non-profits, and public institutions, and b) scaled licensing fees via a 501(c)(6) consortium from for-profit businesses for royalty-free access to the protocol. ENT Technologies will additionally develop revenue opportunities for creating applications, solutions, and consulting in a wide range of industries that require decentralized trust and identity: IIoT, automotive, finance, consumer, etc.
