Dr. Caplan has over 20 years of CEO experience, primarily with bioremediation companies. Prior to founding EnSolve in 1995, he grew and sold ESE Biosciences (EBIO), a terrestrial bioremediation company for more than 4 times the original investment. In addition to his management experience, he is also considered one of the world's experts in hydrocarbon bioremediation technologies as validated by numerous patents and publications.

Richard PennyVice President, Operations
Richard Penny, PE is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a licensed maritime Chief Engineer (USCG license) with extensive shipboard experience. Mr. Penny oversees product design and the initial installation of units for new customers. He has been with the Company since 2000 and has over 15 years of design and operation experience.

Marika Suominen-Yeh earned her masters degree in biochemical engineering from the University of Helsinki. Ms. Suominen-Yeh has been with the Company since 1997 and has over 16 years industrial experience in the bioremediation field.
