Founder, President and CEODr. Faure received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Université Paris-Sud, Orsay (France) and did postdocs at Columbia University and UCSF. He brings more than twenty years of biopharmaceutical research experience in oncology drug discovery acquired at companies such as SUGEN, Chiron, and Novartis. He has expertise in biomarkers, gene signatures and patient stratification strategies.

Co-founder and Vice PresidentDr. Ghoddusi received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Urmia University in Iran and his Ph.D. in Pathology from the University of Queensland. In the US, he was staff pathologist at UC Davis before becoming a toxicologic pathologist and study director for a CRO. Recently, Dr. Ghoddusi led the Experimental Pathology group at Novartis in Emeryville, supporting the entire oncology portfolio from target validation to patient stratification.

Director of OperationsDr. Chou received her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and a BS degree from Yokohama City University. She has over 15 years of drug discovery experience in preclinical pharmacology, translational oncology and biomarkers. Prior to joining Ensigna, Dr. Chou has led teams at Exelixis responsible for in vivo characterization of drug oncology and metabolic disease programs. She has also worked Novartis, the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and UC Berkeley.
