Kathleen Merholz brings twenty years experience in the alternative health field. She received her licensure for Massage Therapy in 1992 and has spent the last twenty years researching and learning about alternatives for pain treatment. She subsequently located and researched the most advanced technologies to aid in pain management. It is through this experience that EHM was created.

Robert Schooks is the former Director of the Center for Manufacturing Improvement at Saginaw Valley State University. Prior to that position he held senior executive positions at several fortune 500 companies. He holds a BS, MBA and is a certified Business Solutions Professional by Michigan State University

Lucinda Schooks is currently Office Manager at the Health Management Research Center at the University of Michigan. Prior to University of Michigan, she held management positions at Medstat/Thomson-Rueters, Seiko Instruments, and American Funds. She holds a business degree from Hesston College.
