He has a track record in digital strategy, product development and project management. He was shortlisted for the British Council's Young Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2006 was named one of the 50 most influential people in publishing by the Evening Standard.

Jim has spent the last 14 years building and working with businesses in media and financial services in the UK and Japan. As a strategy consultant he has advised senior executives in financial services on a range of strategic, financial, and operational issues. He has also been strategic adviser on some of the most disruptive projects in the publishing industry over the last 3 years. He has an MBA from London Business School.

Rhys has developed websites, cloud-based and mobile applications, and online communities for companies across the creative industries including MTV and Comedy Central. His experience includes designing enterprise-grade platforms, SEO, analytics, and social networking strategies. He is obsessive about user experience and interface.
