He is experienced in companies as varied as General Electric's Aircraft Engine Group and small high-technology startup companies. He has a management style that places emphasis on active participation in team efforts.

Project Executive with over thirty years of experience in large scale project design, implementation and management. This has included: Conception and application of computer based telemarketing and accounting system for $4 million international sales and distribution firm; Planned, financed and managed redemption/recycling center for which annual sales rose from $0 to over $150,000 in less than one year.

Currently - American Institute of Architects, Washington, DC Director, Resource Architect- Directs the Center for Emerging Professionals, a knowledge resource and leadership training program of the AIA- Represents AIA as resident expert, adviser and facilitator on all issues related to architectural training and licensing- Manages multiple committees of volunteer leadership and AIA collateral organizations, and their initiatives.
