Mr. Swartz is a strategically oriented executive with 20 plus years of experience in successfully initiating and managing complex, long-range projects. He has also successfully acquired renewable energy projects. He was recently the Principal Investigator for ARRA funded compressed air energy storage project.

Mr. Latham is a seasoned energy professional and an entrepreneur. He started his energy career permitting power projects for IPPs. Later, he was the permitting manager for a large, diversified energy company, who successfully permitted numerous energy projects. Following that, he created a viable consulting business, creating value for his clients in LNG, gas-fired generation, transmission lines, and the solar industry.
