EMC is scaling up to produce perovskite solar modules manufactured with high speed roll-to-roll (RtR) equipment located at Kodak's facility in Rochester NY. EMC’s technology enables production of standard format photovoltaic (PV) modules with the same efficiency but at unprecedented low CapEx and COGS compared to Chinese-made silicon modules. Grants from DoE, DoD and Kodak are contributing over $2.6M to this effort.
