She completed her MBA at UMKC with a concentration in entrepreneurship. She has over 12 years of management, operations, quality assurance, and fundraising expertise.

Dr. Hess is the visionary founder of Enduralock, a pioneering company at the forefront of innovating technologies that improve aircraft assembly & maintenance times and facilitate space logistics via In-Space Servicing Assembly & Manufacturing (ISAM). A Neurological Surgeon & inventor with 60+ patents worldwide, Hess seamlessly transitioned from revolutionizing medical devices to redefining how critical components function in harsh environments.
