Jen Amis has over 20 years of management experience in telecommunications, venture capital, and healthcare. Previously, Jen founded and managed Statim, a telehealth company providing remote patient monitoring services. She has also worked as a business consultant to start-up technology and hospitality companies and co-founded Spit Bucket, a products innovation company. Jen earned a BA in Government and History from Georgetown University.

Dr. Beckett is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Specializing in geriatric psychiatry, he has performed over 15,000 telehealth psychiatric visits for nursing home residents. He is a reviewer for the Journal of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Journal for Nurse Practitioners. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Brandy has 14+ years of experience in the fields of sales and marketing. After graduating from Iowa State University, she traveled across the country managing regional territories and serviced corporate level customers in both food and hospitality markets. Her expansive knowledge provides her with the tools needed to organize and focus on expanding Encounter’s reach. After many years on the road, Brandy now resides in her hometown of Omaha, NE.

Rob is a fractional CTO and joins Encounter with over 20 years experience in building and executing strategic plans with innovative, best-in-class technology solutions; skilled in the fields of software development, innovative technology, and information strategy. Previously, he led the Fellowship of Christian Athletes' technology operations, strategy, and risk management. Rob also owns and operates his own software development firm, Peerhouse.
