Kerry is directly responsible for oversight and management of our Parenting Education, support and Parent-Child Interaction Training programs. Kerry is a graduate of WSU and has over fifteen years of experience as a parent educator. Kerry teaches multiple research based, best practice curriculums to parents and offers support and training to other organizations all over King County. Parents enjoy her story telling and humor when teaching classes.

Rochelle holds a master’s degree in public administration from Seattle University and is responsible for program design and oversight. She has 20 years of experience working with nonprofit community organizations, with 13 years in program management. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute in 2000 and served as a team leader and a member of the curriculum committee until 2002.

Executive Director Gregory Malcolm reports directly to the Encompass board and leads with 17 years of non-profit experience. Malcolm previously served as Encompass director of development, managing the fund-development and public-relations activities. His other non-profit experience includes 3 years as a fund-development manager at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He holds a masters in journalism from the University of Salzburg (Austria).

Terry is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, corporate for-profit and non-profit financial management. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Seattle University. He has worked at Encompass since 2008.
