    As the Senior Vice-President Sales Mr. Grayson brings decades of successful management experience to LIbre. He has held senior positions in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles including Senior Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at MCA/Universal Television and President of Polygram Television. He has personally sold and managed sales in the 100's of millions of dollars.

  • Phil Nerland
    Chair and CEO

    Mr. Nerland has been a leader in the streaming media industry since 1998 when he represented Canada at the 1998 ISO meetings in Korea that determined the JPEG and MPEG protocols worldwide. A former lawyer, he provides hard-nosed, bottom-line focused business acumen and perspective to a company with game changing technology. He has been involved in companies that have produced over 35 patents during the last decade.

  • Peter Koat
    Vice-President, Technology

    Mr. Koat brings over 15 years of experience working in video compression, signal analysis, streaming, DSP and ASIC programming. He has supported the Canadian Mission to the ISO meetings held in Seoul in 1998 and contributed to the early developments in several open source projects including FAAC and MPEG4IP. He has developed solutions for a wide array of markets include IPTV, content management, video conferencing, telepresence and cloud storage.

    Vice-President, Finance

    Michael Tottrup is a Certified Management Accountant with over 14 years experience starting and running small medium businesses. In 1999 Michael co-founded and opearted the apparel company Bang-On T-Shirts. Within 5 years Bang-On had grown to 11 corporate retail locations, and over 100 wholesale accounts. Michael currently consults for startups and operating businesses in the areas of operations and finance.

    European Sales

    Peter Kemp has spent over twenty years marketing, research and business management – starting at a Yorkshire based Social Market and Strategic research company responsible for management of both quantitive and qualititive research on behalf of the local authorities throughout the UK. Over the last 10 years he has developed brought to market, Customer Relationship Management products for training organisations, colleges and theaters.

    Rich graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1977 with a DVM, and is very active in several agribusinesses, especially in agribusiness management in Canada and internationally, and in the application of technologies for herd genetic improvement strategies. Rich has been involved in investing in various hi-tech ventures over the last 15 years. He brings a broad base of international business experience to the Board of Libre.
