During his 25-year career in the service industry, Dennis recognized a distinct need for the integration of technology into all of the service trades, to streamline business procedures and produce better results. In 2006 he created Encite Development Group Inc., to bring sales technology to the service industries, ultimately leading to the development of the industry’s most advanced integrated sales automation system: FCSControl.

Will has sat in the offices of contractors across the United States and has implemented over 100 companies on the FCSControl system. Acquiring contractor best practices gives Will a unique perspective across the 3500 users on the system. Will is responsible for the day to day activity within Operations and additionally contributes to the FCSControl product development team based upon customer needs and system requirements.

Nate leads the programming team in the development of our latest cutting edge technologies. With a Bachelors in Computer Game Development from DePaul University in Chicago and an extensive history in web development, Nate has played an essential role in our New Developments department. His expertise in user interface and most current web technologies continue to help us develop sleek and intuitive products.
